Scott Haviland
Scott Haviland brings 10 years of experience in wireless network planning, optimization, and measurement. His strategic leadership skills include key facets of spectrum management and resource dimensioning in new and expanding deployments. Scott has been involved in the design or managed the deployment of 802.11b/g/n, HSPA+, and CDMA 1xRTT networks. Most recently, he has brought disciplined project management to the introduction of technical innovations in the cellular In-Building Wireless (IBW) and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) areas. Scott earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from University of Michigan. He is a member of the IEEE and is based in Atlanta.
